20 days until the final... the other thread (http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=886698) is filling up so figured the pre-match talk can carry on here.
(mods - feel free to close or merge the "Rome formations" thread in there)

2nd leg of the 83-84
YouTube - Bryan Robson against Barcelona
This is how you become a Captain Marvel. We talk about Keano against Juve in 99....this is as impressive at least, to me - it's more. Robson was brilliant.

We don't need elaborate threads to make up for our lack of size. ;)

Barca are not fans of teams in all-white.

Barca looked tired today vs. Villarreal and with the injuires Barca have,
I would say Man. Utd. have a leg up on Barca...

Agreed. Our form is good at the moment too, i would personally have us down as favourites for the final right now.

You guys probably already won this , I don't like to give up on my team but without half of our team : Abidal , Alves , Marquez , Henry and now Iniesta .... against a Man Utd that is in form , there is very little chance at all to get some decent result , we are pretty much toast unless we can least get back Iniesta and Henry for the CL final...
Too bad..... I was hoping for a Man Utd - Barca final all along and I was also hoping that both teams would be in their best line up with all available players , but so is soccer.... :(

Do you think in the appeal decision tomorrow they might just decide to hand the trophy to us, instead of having to deal with all the travel and accommodations in Rome?

A little graphic art I put together to further dress up the thread, based on some of the merchandise they're selling...

Also... TalkSport is reporting this morning that the thigh injury Iniesta suffered over the weekend may be serious enough to keep him out of the final.
