we dont have any 'MEXcuses' cuz we got no regrets. we gave the best we had and i just wasnt enough at least we didnt blow a 4-0 aggregate to some crappy team.

Well, at least we made the tournament, unlike some teams... oh, the hell with it. Still undefeated on US soil in Champions Cup action, baby!

You just got plenty of U.S. soil ground into your faces.

This proves that the best team from last year was the Fire, or at least the Fire that doesn't have Razov on the field, and that the Cup was a fluke.

BTW, what's your winning % on US soil? Hint: it is <.500.

How many UltraWangs made it to the game? All six?

Oh, you're talking about the score... Misunderstood the meaning of your post, Topper. I thought you were referring to how silent the Smurf players were while orally servicing the LDA team before the game...

My bad.

No, only four. The other two were serving detention for not having hall passes.

So your saying that The Clash were "some crappy team" since the Galaxy blew a 4-0 lead? Who else thinks it is retarded to have a screen name giving a virtual bj to a player? Are you telling us that by default you were a fan of the Spokane Shadow, LA Galaxy, Portland Timbers and now The Clash? Pray tell.

Well, at least we made the tournament, unlike some teams... oh, the hell with it. Still undefeated on US soil in Champions Cup action, baby! You're right. We re-enacted John Denver's last flight in this tournament last year, too. And I'm sure that you'll be able to put your season back together just as well as we did. Trust us, nothing gets the season off to that confidence-building start more than a two-and-out against some anonymous group of foreigners.

Of course, I'm not being fair. The Galaxy at least got to the second round last year before being bounced like a Superball.

Hey, wouldn't it be a scream if Dominic Kinnear turned out to be worse than Lothar Osiander? Or if Alexi Lalas learned everything he knows about being a general manager from his time in New England under the Krafts? At least Landon Donovan, the heart and soul of your team, is as focused and committed as ever.

I actually don't want the Quakes to leave - I like the rivalry, I think the Bay Area is a good market IN THEORY, and I think it looks bad when teams have to pack and move. Plus Oklahoma City Earthquakes just sounds wrong. So if I continually make jokes along the lines of "2003: WE BELIEVE - 2004: WE BE LEAVING," you know I'm just playing.

Hope it hurts, Fu##ers. On that note, I checked with Vegas. The "over/under" on Galaxy league wins in '03 is 9 1/2. On Sigi's firing it was May 21st.

I took the "under" both times...

It will be entertaining to see the yellow submarine continue to descend towards crush depth.

Shouldn't you be on the Chicago board celebrating the Fire's 4:0 win over Financial Heywood Chipotle like a victory in the Intercontinental Cup?

Great comeback. I see you have enrolled in the Wizardscharter Institute of Smack. Then again, I probably shouldn't expect much from someone who has Howard "YYYEEEEAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!" Dean as an avatar.

Actually, the Galaxy should try to find a way to play in these tournaments, since it's statistically proven that it takes them a lot of losses in big games to come up with one friggin' win here and there.

Hope the MLS Cup is played in LA again this year. It's terribly fun to watch your team kicking ass with banks of confused and bemused Galaxy fans looking on.
