Berti Vogts has named his Scotland squad to face Romania in the Safeway International at Hampden Park next Wednesday. Livingston defender David McNamee and Hearts goalkeeper Craig Gordon are called up for the first time, as well as the Tartan Army.
Gavin Rae, Stevie Thompson, Neil McCann and Graham Alexander all return to the squad. However, there is no place for Leicester striker Paul Dickov, and Vogts said: "I have spoken with Paul at length over the past few days, and we have agreed that, on this occasion, I will not select him for the Scotland squad. At present he just wants to get back to playing for Leicester before he can focus one hundred per cent on representing his country. I respect his decision and Paul remains in my plans for the future."
The manager also added an unusual element to the Scotland squad, naming the Tartan Army as an acknowledgement of their superb support. They have been allocated a squad number of 25, and the manager unveiled a specially made-up shirt with their name and number on.
Looking ahead, he confirmed another attractive international friendly for Scotland, at home to Sweden on Wednesday, November 17.

Has anybody got any hope left?
It'll perhaps be a blessing that I'll be in Florida when the game is played - hope not though!
