When I was a boy I had to catch a train from Bath to Paddington at 7.00 am on Saturday, Then go by tube to Kings Cross spend 4 hours or more on that train before changing trains at Darlington to travel to Middlesbrough, spend 2 hours at Middlesbrough to watch our Beloved Team then repeat the Process backwards, accept that we had to spend all night on Paddington station to catch the first train Back to Bath on Sunday Morning at 7.00am
And all in the act of supporting Manchester United
Eeee !!!
Youngsters today they dont know how lucky they are !!!!!!

I love riding trains, I don't see what you're complaining about =P
Doing it in the name of Man United just makes it even better! Plus, you get to go berate the youth these days.

Me and my buds lived in Los Angeles and traveld 3000 miles all the way to Ann Arbor in a cramped 4 seater to watch the Michigan-Ohio State game, often using soda cans as urinals and taking turns sleeping in the trunk. Once we got there we had to mooch food from tailgaters and get overpriced tickets from this tall dark skin dude. I wish I had the luxury of riding in a couple trains. The entire UK is about the same size as the state of Michigan.

Yeah? Well when I was a kid, I often had to walk 12 miles each way to school. I had no shows, and there would be cold snow on the ground, but I knew I had to learn. Sometimes Old Man Miller would pick me up on the way from the farm, so I only had to walk the first 9 miles.
You kids have buses and trains now. Christ, lazy bastards.

Im glad that some of you got the joke LOL:D
And you know it was all true ,, sad thing is that at the end of the Game United fans were kept in the ground and from afar ( I was not involved)
Some United maniacs decided to charge the Gates to get out
Net result a wall collapsed on top of two People I think they were killed
sad end to that trip.
