Villa Park being in the middle of the country is also used a lot. I heard these two had been decided on before th draw was made, it would have been silly if we'd have drawn Millwall, but it did happen a couple of years ago when we played (and beat!) Spurs at Old Trafford. It should have been at Stamford Bridge.

Once Wembley is finished I reckon they will play most or even all of the semi-finals there so they can make back some money to pay for the place.

I didn't know there was an england international between the two games. I'd say Sven will be missing a lot of Arsenal and Man Utd players for that one.

That WON'T happen. The CL draw is always rigged to keep English sides apart, and there is a significant chance that Man Utd won't even make it past Porto.

Well, this should at least put to bed any rumors that the FA fixes the draw to get the matches they want. The FA would have wet themselves at the possibility of a manUre/Arsenal final and all the hype that would have generated.

I'm guessing that the idiots who handle PPV in the States will feature the Sunderland v. Millwall/Tranmere match on PPV, just because they somehow have no concept of how to schedule.

Might the EPL move that Arsenal/manUre tie from that Saturday? This game has been moved to a weekday the last couple of seasons.
