These are Arsenal, but the patterns are exactly like Nike's new kits on display at the Dutch/USA friendly a few weeks ago

Since all Nike's kits are cut the same, its pretty safe to say you have this one, in a different color variation.

Ah, yeah same as the rest of the new Nike shirts then. Personally I'm not a big fan of the club crest in the middle. I prefer it on one side, with the shirt maker logo on the other side. Maybe it'll grow on me.

I SEE THE CRESTS ARE SLOWLY CREEPING AWAY FROM THE HEARTS!!!!!!! ITS EXACTLY THE WAY FOOTBALL IS GOING

Nice shirt - I'd be happy to see our version. If its similar, that would be fine.

Nike are out to make you identify that they are the 90 Minute (or whatever they are called) Nike kit done up with Arsenal's colours, not as an Arsenal kit made by Nike.

Nike has good product occasionally, but their self-centered designs and cookie-cutter patterns they use for every kit are boring and not very attractive....

I think the yellow lines does seem unnecessary on the home jersey, but I actually like the away jersey quite a lot (in an aesthetic point of view, having nothing to do with the club that the shirt stands for :-P). The Blue and the Gold works really well together (and that's partly because I'm from Cal!)
