Not really. Think about the competition. There is no one close to Ribery and Kroos in the CONCACAF qualifying tournament. Is Morales good enough to go up against Spain or England in London? Maybe not, but we'll cross that bridge later.

    A) Bayern's attack is awesome
    B) Hertha's midfield is pretty poor
    C) Right back is not his best position
    D) The first penalty on Ribery was a blatant dive

Four Americans started today in the Tigres v Tijuana Under-20 game: Stevie Rodriguez, Bryan de la Fuente, Juan Pablo Ocegueda and Victor Garza.

A few of you probably also saw the article about the three Americans at Santos (not including Ruelas) as well. There's a lot of them down there.

There were four Americans on the bench as well, although none of them got in the game -- Daniel Navarro, Daniel Medina, Xavier Corona, and Arham Jared Leyva.

Don't know if anyone heard, but Gatt scored a fantastic goal in Molde's opener just now.

This may sound bad, but there aren't any teams in France I"d be excited to see him sign with.

No idea what he's doing over there, but really? I think France would be a fantastic place to start.

Yeah but it's already all I can do to keep up with the regional leagues in Germany and League 1 in England.

France is a really under-rated league by Americans...............since we don't get to see it as much. Would be a great place to start his career.

Good place for a midfielder to develop and play.

Meh....imo France is a terrible league for Flores. Might be the most athletic league in the World. Even people in France are becoming concerned the game in France is becoming to dependent on "athletic stars" instead of players with great technique.

Flores has a bit of crafty skill but he's pretty pacy and a willing runner, which I think works in France. I think would be great for a player of his type. France still has a fair few skillful players Menez, Pastore, M. Martin, Ayew, Valbuena, Hazard, Cole, Gourcuff, Valbuena. Then players who played their recently like Ben Arfa, Cabaye, Pjanic.

I agree though about it being athletic and physical which is why it's one of the better leagues for players making the jump to England.

I still haven't settled on what type of player Flores is.... Maybe a Giovinco type.

Anyways, we speculated awhile back that maybe the club he's moving to is a Nike sponsored club because of his new deal. Well these are the Nike sponsored clubs in France.

    Paris Saint-Germain
    Caen
    Montpellier HSC
    Grenoble
    Metz

Michael Bradley just scored his first goal in the first half of Chievo 1- Catania 0 becoming only the 2nd American ever to score a goal in Italy's Serie A.
