Soccer New England is updating and re-designing its website. It's early days yet, but there are a lot of Youth News and coaching articles that we're migrating over from the old site, in addition, of course, to the ongoing news and profiles

New link can be found at www.soccer-new-england.com

What a great idea to post all these helpful links on a forum! Here is a link to add to your list.

This next site is not just for soccer but soccer players have featured on it and reading their stories of courage can really be uplifting. The site address is ....

ive found a great website for young players especially in the us. i also posted this link in the womens college forum. its a website where young players post videos of them showing their skills in games or training and scouts search them from universities and the lower level pro teams. i thinks its great, wish they would have had this when i was still playing. its called ifutbal.

    Hi,
Tremendous idea to spread the word about this great game. Certainly plenty of great resources here. Ithink I will be spending most of my time visiting and revisiting some of these sites!

Another site I would like to add is http://www.soccercoachingguide.com
This site is only a very new site but has the potential to become a great resource for the Youth Soccer Coach and Soccer parent.

    Regards,
    Muz

    Hi:
Several web sites offer assistance with college recruiting. They offer the opportunity to post player profiles and supposedly help match teenage soccer payers with college coaches. Some are free and some cost $. What is your experience with these services? Are they worth it? Which ones are the best?

Honestly, I think all are a waste of time. I did not look at them all. Parent/Kids have to promote themselves. You are recruited most of the time through ODP or college showcases. I find these recruiting organizations a waste of time.
