Salgado comes in, with his first touch, he settles the ball in the corner with his back to goal, swivels and delivers an inch perfect cross that is headed off the bar and then put in the net off the rebound by Le Toux.
Rennie may not be playing Salgado much here but has a definite plan for him .... unlike Soehn last year, and Teitur before him - neither of which had a plan and both got fired or effectively fired.
A good piece on Jonathan Top by boomer. http://www.bigdsoccer.com/2012/4/20/2961893/jonathan-top-embracing-his-opportunity-with-fc-dallas He's travelling with the club to Vancouver, and could make his debut on Saturday night.

Re: Youth Yanks Abroad 2011/12 Update I came by to check on that lol . Better have a full report on his play RC
Pregame interview Salgado says he likes playing left wing and thinks he makes a difference in that position.
is anyone watching the vancouver game? edit: i see, well hopefully it gets better for him/he gets better
I admit I wasn't giving it 100% attention, so my analysis isn't great, but Omar was tidy on the ball, but wasn't a game breaker by any means. He was also diligent on defense, which was good. He looks a bit out of place to be honest, because he's not overly quick but technically he looks a bit ahead of most of the players out there.
