Just to let you know, Michael Duberry played for Oxford yesterday and got a hat-trick. 2 own goals and the winner. Some things never change.

That's all too bad. I liked the guy because he could play anywhere on the left. Good to know that he is happy now in Russia.

Sad news today. CFC All-Time Goal Scoring King, Bobby Tambling has been submitted to the Hospital. Rumours from twitter state Tambling is not doing so good at the moment. I hope he can fight through this ordeal.

well that explains why he never settled in at the club. He must have been miserable, not being able to be with his wife, along with the injuries. Poor guy.

Leverkusen's Captain Rolfes plays in the same role as Ballack and the emergence of Lars Bender are what have kept him out of the starting 11 - not just his injuries.

He should go to the MLS. :)

I agree. That would be great for him and whichever team takes him.

Ballack is 35:eek: He should just retire before he suffers another serious injury. There's no need to tarnish such a fabulous career by playing on this long.

should also mention the fact that Poyet is the gaffer & guided his side w/ a win over the barcodes. Maybe should have gave Poyet a shout out as Gaffer.

No sure if anyone is following the progress of Borini, but he dropped two goals on Inter yesterday. Sorry, we should have kept this kid.

Yeah but Borini is proving he can score unlike the ones we currently have. Must say the ones we have do help our players from deeper positions score

looks like Roma have tied up a complete move for Borini now

certainly a case where the club could have and should have done to keep him, even with the resistance of his meddling agent

with that being said- still no guarantee that he would play as our "revolution of youth" Manager does not give the majority of our youngsters playing time

What ever it takes to keep malouda and Boz in the lineup even out of positions is worth it for me.

do I need to add a face or something

It's a shame that so many of our young players saw the writing on the wall and gave up on their Chelsea careers before they ever started. It would be nice to have Stoch, Sinclair, Borini, Tore, Sala all trying to break into the team at a time when we desperately need an attacking option off the bench. Not that any of them are/will become world beaters, but just look at what the likes of Cleverley and Welbeck have done for United; then you look at the servants Wes Brown and John O'Shea were for years, and now the da Silva twins...

Your young players don't have to be world class to be useful.

This times a thousand. Stoch(who has recently hit some sweet form apparently), Sinclair, Tore and Borini(I don't' know much about Sala) would really give us options right now that we do not have otherwise. I don't see a reason why they couldn't be very useful here.

Will any of them turn out world class? Not sure, but they're all good players already that are performing at pretty high levels
