As noted by @Testudo, Ladule Lako LoSarah played for South Sudan against Kenya in November. http://www.national-football-teams.com/matches/report/9459/Kenya_South_Sudan.html He's a well-traveled California native who currently plays in Thailand.

He's been mentioned in passing in this thread, but it's always good to capture confirmation of citizenship on players: http://www.mlssoccer.com/news/artic...l-portland-timbers-secures-another-player-tha Will Johnson Canada 34 senior caps and 3 goals Johnson, who holds Canadian, English and American citizenship...

As spotted by @soccersubjectively in the YNT forum, American-born '93 GK plays for Guam. He'll be a college senior in the fall at South Florida. He was their backup last season, but the starter has graduated. http://www.gousfbulls.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=7700&ATCLID=205216155 One of his teammates at USF was Isaiah Ferguson, who has played for T&T YNTs and, I believe, is American-born. This fall was his senior season and I don't know what his plans or prospects are.
Ponce and Brizuela make Mexico's Phoenix squad. Will one (or both) of them be the first-ever (is that correct, by the way) Mexican-Americans to make a Mexican World Cup roster? http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/soccer-insider/wp/2014/03/27/mexicos-roster-for-u-s-friendly/
Follow up, I think Doug Herrick started both games in the double header vs Aruba, judging by his Twitter account.
Fil Am Charles Pettys called up for his first friendly with the Philippines during games in April against Nepal and Qatar club Al Ahli SC on April 11-14. Fellow Fil Ams Kenshiro Daniels, Nate Burkey and Anton del Rosario are also part of the roster. Porteria out due to injury.
And -- he's finally out of the (MLS) pool, signing a contract in D3 with Richmond. http://uslsoccer.com/home/798340.html
Yes, but not all are eligible to play for the US because of: 6. Nationality entitling players to represent more than one Association A Player who, under the terms of art. 5, is eligible to represent more than one Association on account of his nationality, may play in an international match for one of these Associations only if, in addition to having the relevant nationality, he fulfills at least one of the following conditions: a) He was born on the territory of the relevant Association; b) His biological mother or biological father was born on the territory of the relevant Association; c) His grandmother or grandfather was born on the territory of the relevant Association; d) He has lived continuously on the territory of the relevant Association for at least two years Which is why Guam and Puerto Rico don't just recruit the 2nd tier American players to beef up their squad.
It isn't dual citizenship as their is no Guamanian citizenship. They are just US citizens like any other American.
OT: More or less, since they have a non-voting delegate to the House and no votes in the electoral college.
True, but that is a matter of Guam being different than a state, not an American from Guam being different. If someone from Guam moves to a state, they can vote for President and voting congressmen; if someone from a state moves to Guam (and changes their residence) they can no longer vote for President or voting congressmen.
They're not exactly flying under the radar, but both Ponce and Brizuela played against us in PHX: MEX: 23-Moisés Muñoz (1-Alfredo Talavera, 46); 28-Rogelio Chávez (22-Paúl Aguilar, 63), 6-Juan Carlos Valenzuela, 4-Rafael Márquez (capt.), 2-Francisco Javier Rodríguez; 27-Carlos Peña (9-Raúl Jiménez, 46), 17-Jesús Zavala, 7-Miguel Layun (16-Miguel Ángel Ponce, 68); 11-Alán Pulido, 18-Isaac Brizuela (10-Luis Montes, 57), 8-Marco Fabián http://www.ussoccer.com/stories/2014/04/02/21/36/140402-mntvmex-match-report
