Tim Howards played a fantastic match today.

 

One to keep an eye on for next cycle is 20-year old former 1860 Munich youth product Kenny Seif who is having a very nice season (8 goals playing up top) in the Israeli Premier League with Ironi Nir Ramat HaSharon.

Quick, direct and aggressive striker who has a good touch and quite a bit of speed. Also seems good in the air.

 

Someone from Klinsmann's staff will be reading this post this morning with coffee in hand, and calling up Klinsmann to alert him about a new potential player to keep an eye out for. USMNT and USYNT coaches use big soccer as a tool to find players. They should hire @Dave Marino-Nachison and @Testudo to do some searching for them.

 

Danny Williams scored a good goal today and looked completely healthy in Readings 1-0 win today.

 

Yep, was apparently a stunner into the upper-90 and stood as the game-winner.

 

His move to Reading has been very very good for him...wouldn't be surprised if he generates some interest after the season

 

I don't see why he would want to leave if he ends up getting promoted to the epl....

 

would love to see him get on the plane to brazil.. in my eyes a much better player than beckerman

Bad news is Cameron had a mediocre game vs. Chelsea and was subbed at halftime. Good news is his replacement (Wilkinson) was horrible.

 

Cameron was subbed out due to a knock of some kind, from the game-day thread, IIRC.

 

He's been having a little bit of an ankle issue but still was solid. No part in any of the goals.

 

Good news: Jozy starts today for Sunderland!

Bad news: It's for Sunderland's u21 team.

Went 90 in a 2-1 win over Kayserispor on April 5. Picked up a yellow at '35. Beskitas move into a tie on points for 2nd.

 

He didn't have to endure the black hole that is the first team last night. That is a positive.
