Well, Monterrey, one of the teams Tijuana defeated en route to the Apertura crown, is taking Ulsan Hyundai to the woodshed in the FIFA Club World Cup. Could you imagine what would happen if the Xolos were on that pitch in Japan? I think the margin would be even bigger.
make it "GREAT" fan base... this is how i found out about them: https://www.bigsoccer.com/community/threads/fifa-soccer-13.1940873/page-7#post-26893356
Mohamed resigned for the spring season. He'll be with the team at least through July. http://www.sandiegored.com/noticias/31894/Xolos-coach-signs-for-another-tournament/
Fixed. Normally not a spelling or grammar nazi but that changes the meaning of your statement completely.

I still think we need more players if Xolos are going to successfully compete in both Libertadores and the League. Maybe not A+ superstars, but at least to get some depth for the squad. I feel like Xolos has never really had that game changer on the bench. Although playing like last year, they didnt need one, but i know it will be a whole different thing when Libertadores starts
The draw is at 6am pacific. You can find a stream anywhere. Here's one of many: http://www.rojadirecta.me/goto/bullanguero10.blogspot.com/2012/10/canal-1_10.html This will be the only relevant continental draw this week...
Indeed. Every team will give them trouble. Corinthians, world champs, Millionarios, Colombian champs, Sudamericana finalists (were reallysomething in that tournament...), and San Jose, who play at altitude, who have Bolivia's goal scorer (Carlos Saucedo) who is a killer at altitude.
Xolos has a really difficult group but I honestly think Toluca is in the group of death. Boca, Nacional and Barcelona....yikes!
Dont get me wrong, its still one of the harder groups. I just think Toluca is in a harder group. #justsaying
Why Xolos is in the group of death, Corinthians, looked VERY strong, pressured hard, and played very 'european'. No slouch, and are world champs. Millionarios - looked AMAZING in the copa sudamericana.... no slouch. Unlucky to lose in the final. Beat out some good teams along tthe way and showed why they are one of the top teams in SA. San Jose - Play at alititude, have Bolivia's top scorer, who is a threat in the box, and will probzbly give trouble to all teams in the group. Group of death, IMO. Nacional of Uruguay isn't all that great. They haven't made much waves lately in the libertadores. Boca is Boca... but are on a rebuilding phase, and so far aren't the team everyone wants to think of them as. With the rehiring of Bianchi though, their best coach ever in the history for them... things may change for the best. Can't say I know much about Barcelona of Ecuador, besides them being one of the highest spending clubs in Ecuador. They are a threat, but havent' heard anything from them in a while.
Agree to disagree...its all good I am confident though that Xolos have what it takes to go far and im very excited to see them in a great tournament. One thing is for sure im gonna catch me that Xolos vs Corinthians game at the Cliente
These are going to be some great games. Does anyone think Xolos can stand up to Corinthians? A poster on the Barça board who follows Brazilian soccer said they probably aren't going to lose anybody from this last season's squad and might actually add more players.
