Ten minutes into training I could see how great of a player he is. The guy has been to four world cups and played in the EPL, Bundesliga, and La Liga. He’s the best goalkeeper in US history if not the best player in the history of our country. He’s been great in training, helping me out with anything he sees.

Especially with the Sounders and my family being in Seattle it would be a dream come true to play in front of them professionally. But, if Europe comes it would definitely be a big decision. With the MLS, unless you’re really a good standout player it’s really hard to get over to Europe. If I were to sign with the Sounders or any other MLS club I doubt I’d be starting from the start. When you start in the MLS it’s hard to get over to Europe but when you go to Europe (when you’re young) you can kind of work your way up. It really depends on offers and location and how the club is and all of those things.
