I must confess..I have not watched all the games this season..conflicts with MLS. However, I am used to listening to Anson Dorrance. I did not hear him last week or this week. Is he no longer announcing for WUSA?

He's doing tomorrow's game in San Diego.

Dave Johnson (the PBP man for today's PAX match) usually does United and Freedom matches for CSN.

His "catch phrase", which he didn't use today, is, "It's in the net, it's in the net, it's... in... the... net!"

He did say, "it's on the net," though. ;)

Dave Johnson's soccer commentary is generally decent, but his "It's in the net!" chant has annoyed me for years now.

Then again, none of the American announcers are terribly entertaining in that regard. JP Dellacamera's millisecond "GOAL!" is kinda amusing but he doesn't seem to do it anymore.
