    www.galaxians.com

and in a few days: www.lariotsquad.com

Everyone is invited to join either of these groups or start their own.

Everyone else... is just doing what people on BigSoccer do: hearing the sound of their own typing.

    Sincerely,

    Tommy Mack

PS: Ya know, those Palestinians and Israelis would be so much better off together. And by me typing it as opposed to being a part of it, I'm making a difference!

There are more supporters of this team than LARS or The Galaxians.
You can still be "real" or "true fans whithout having an allegiance to either group

Tommy can't stand a little LARS Criticism? I came here to see what people thought of LARS. Not what LARS thought of LARS. Keep these forums up. They'll improve with time.

I just started the Official Dallas Texas Wing of the Official LA Galaxy Fan Club. That's what it's here for.

It's pretty easy to ignore, and can be used to point people in the right place for these various groups.

Why can't everyone just support the G's in their own way? Why sling mud at someone just cuz they what to cheer the team in a different way than you?

People... get a grip or get more fibre in your diet. Bottom line is this: this forum will devolve into what BigSoccer is best at: sound and fury signifying nothing.

I started this thread because there are two fine supporters' groups with their own forums to discuss their plans/dreams/gripes.

Now... if you want to start your own supporter group... right on! DO IT! And we'll do whatever we can to help because we're all here for the G's.

Everything else here is just people, like I said, hearing the sound of their own typing.

So lighten up... things could be worse. Afterall... we just lost Pluto!

Speaking of Mickey and Minnie . . .

They're having problems, so they go to a marriage counselor who says he needs to interview each of them alone. He sees them each one-on-one, then brings them in together.

He says "Mickey, I've spoken with you, and I've spoken with Minnie. I've listened to what you each have to say and I must admit that I can't find any evidence of your claim that Minnie is crazy."

Mickey jumps up and screams "You idiot -- I never said she was crazy . . . I said she's f***ing Goofy!!!"

Can someone....anyone direct me to a LARS site? lariotsquad.com isnt even up. And I love em for their energy, but can the Galaxians go 3 minutes without banging on the drum??? It would be SO MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE if they used it less. I know it annoys the opposing players, buuuuuut it might annoy ours as well not to mention the fans. I want real chants to learn instead of the constant ole's flying everywhere. Chants with thought! I suppose i shall start my own support group.

Don't rag on the galaxians. They've been there for 10 years. Have you been to a game yet, wang?

Dear God, help me: I'm defending the fancy hat birgade.

DCampos had to have been to games lately to know how the Galaxians drumming has been: mind scramblingly disorienting. But your point is made: no matter how you show it, being a true fan is something to be proud of.

While many of our new season ticket holders haven't been to an MLS game in 10 years, The Galaxians mean it. Not my cuppa tea, but good on them.

I love this quote from an acquaintance:
    - Twigg

It's OK, I will welcome these guys to Victoria Street, too. Not saying anyone specifically here meets that "elitist dick" criteria, but there are those out there in droves now...

Complaints about the drumming and chanting are only the beginning, I imagine. I can't wait for the choruses of "Sit down, you're blocking my view", as I bolt from my seat in anticipation of a beautifully booted corner from Beckham, from all of our new compatriots at the HDC. What else can we look forward to?

Since I’m in the section near the tunnel I suppose the stampede of young’ens running for autographs will only get worse. I suppose I really can’t blame ‘em. There was a time when I had that kind of enthusiasm.

Listen, I’m as happy at Beckham as the next guy, but there will be a downside. It's a soccer game. I'm going to stand up, sometimes, and I'm going to use my outdoor voice. I'll try and keep the innapropriate language to a minimum. As long as every one of these lame-o “fans”, who only now decided the Galaxy are worth a trip, buys a t-shirt and a couple of beers, I will bite my tongue.

So help me God if I find someone sitting in my (now) prime seat.

I have reason to believe that:
    a) the Galaxians will be on your doorstep next season, literally
    b) the zone around 137-139 will likely be full of supporters who "know the drill"
    c) PG-13 will be the tone accepted for the supporters groups, though the F word is still verboten.

I know people who know people who know people, but all this could be wrong, too.
