Unbelievable. Marotta clearly has some type of brain damage.

That's Marotta's strategy for foreign players coming from other leagues. He'd pay 30m for Cavani or Jovetic but not for RVP or Aguero.

I could understand this logic if it's someone like Bendtner, but Lopez actually scores goals.

He scores a goal every 200 minutes in a weak ass league. What is your fascination with this guy? I don't get it. You don't think Boakye or Muriel are anything impressive but Lopez is.

Last time I checked. Players play for teams not the other way around. Regardless. He ran tirelessly for the NT, that's my point.

But did he run like Matri, who only runs around in midfield and is too tired to finish attacks, or like van Persie, who only runs towards the goal....

ok, but why would that translate to him playing just as hard for Juve? The guy is a cancer and i don't want him here, plus he's never gonna live up to his "potential", which if you ask me is grossly exaggerated

Lopez scored 25 goals last year, 19 the year before, 24 the year before that, 17 the year before that and 27 the year before that. He's already scored 8 goals this season. He's proven he can score.

Fair enough. We'll wait and see if he can do that in Serie A.

I hope not. I'm shooting for Muriel and Jovetic.

Muriel and Boakye. Two best strikers on the planet in 5 years.

We'll be waiting a long time if we think Gabbiadini and Immobile are the answer.

If we end up with those last two it might be a good day to just stop watching football. We'd have the most pathetic striking force the world has ever seen. Not even Boakye could make up for the suckage from those two.

Still not sure what people see in Gabbiadini and I surely don't see how Marotta paid 5.5M for 50% of his rights

And the fun thing is we will have to pay more for the other 50%. Oh Marotta. Such a great mind.
