I know. Giovinco would be the only one really. Would be fun seeing him and Walcott together. And then we sign Neymar and just rule the planet. Oh wait.... woke up.... never mind.
who the hell is benatia?? Quags is a fine striker...he needs more playing time. Sucks that he goes back to bench after scoring those 3 goals.
Mehdi Benatia - 25-year-old Moroccan centerback who was signed from Ligue 2 side Clermont Foot in 2010. He's not worth Quagliarella.
hell no he's not. Not only he's a CB but im tired of people hyping players who have 1 good season or half a good season. Isnt that how we bought bonucci and look at him now. im pissed that we sit someone like Quags down who saved us in CL and the other game few days later and yet we see useless vucinic get 90 min. what a waste....
Quags would be the same as Vuc both are hot and cold players....Benatia has been playing in italy since 2010 he is a strong player....
quags is more consistent, he's more flexible, creative, better finisher...and that half a season before he got injured he was our start player even though we had a shit team. i think in the right team he can flourish, im not sure if napoli's was the right team for him him either.
Osvaldo? I'd sign him any day. Much better then Matri. But does he move well enough for the Conte system? http://www.goal.com/en/news/596/exclusive/2012/10/09/3436908/juventus-keeping-tabs-on-osvaldo
waiting for the ignorant comments of the past year saying we're only buying depth...haha. When quality depth is what we're so far lacking this season as evidenced by our players lack of energy. Asamoah and Isla don't sound so stupid now do they? Keep doing your job Marotta. Also, I heard Juventus is working on a new deal for Conte where he takes more of a SAF role in the club which means he will basically handle the transfer market.
Marotta finally made it clear. “We spoke to Fiorentina President Mario Cognigni and sporting director Daniele Prade about Jovetic,” he told the Gazzetta dello Sport. “Nevertheless, the player is no longer of any interest to us. “As for Cavani, we didn’t chase him in the summer because we already knew that Napoli wouldn’t have sold him to us. “Verratti? Juventus signed Paul Pogba on a free transfer and we are enhancing Luca Marrone, two excellent talents who we believe in a lot. “Unfortunately we couldn’t spend €12m on Verratti. It’s the same old story of financial restraints.” The Old Lady did hope to net a big name striker ahead of 2012-13, but they had to make do with a deadline day loan deal for Arsenal’s Nicklas Bendtner. “It’s hard to reinforce this side,” the official added. “We’ll have a look around, but a so-called top player will cost you €40m in terms of a fee and then another €10m net in wages. “Those figures can’t be supported by our game right now. The big Spanish and English clubs earn double what we do. As a result, we’ll just look for wise opportunities. “This is the most difficult phase as the squad is competitive and it is not easy to make it better,” he continued.
“ So instead of buying the top players we buy two pieces of shit at the same price instead. Now when one piece of shit fucks up we can bring in another equally shitty player right off the bench. It's brilliant. And the best thing is I offer these pieces of shits such expensive contracts that they're completely impossible to get rid of!” Marotta told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
