Maybe we can set up an arranged marriage. I don't have a video, but my daughter at age 4 is capable of running at full speed while dribbling beautifully. I was amazed. Because she acquired this ability over the winter while not really playing at all. When the weather cleared up and we went out a few weeks ago she was running around the yard and doing all kinds of neat stuff. Kids are truly incredible. Next time we go out I should bring a camera.

Her league starts up soon as well. Can't wait.

Daughter is 5 about to turn 6 and is a beast in front of goal. 23 goals and 11 assists in 7 games in the fall. So far this spring in 2 games she has 4 goals (slowing down a bit I know) but she has 7 assists (I asked her to look for team mates more). She is as tall as the two boys on our street that both recently turned 7 so she is older and big for her age. I think she'll make a good target forward.

Like CityDave said, kids will surprise you. She hated soccer her first season. I had to make her play the second season, but then she started to score in the second season and now she wants to practice or play all the time. The thing that surprises me the most is that she doesn't care about her stats, all she cares about is winning. She is way too competitive for her age. She comes across as a total team player as well because she continually tells me that she doesn't care how many goals or assists she gets as long as the team wins. She is truly an enigma to me.
