The 9 game spring sprint season leaves little margin or error to be crowed champion, which means every team has a shot to come out on top since there are simply not enough games to correct for some poor results. Tampa Bay has loaded up, San Antonio looks likely to improve, Carolina and Minnesota both have solid sides but question marks and of course the defending champs return with virtually the same side that won in 2013. Indy and Ottawa are new sides that could very well struggle in the short spring season as they find their form. Edmonton and the Strikers are looking to rebound from poor fall campaigns. And finally Atlanta who won last spring but then faded away in the fall. So who is coming home with the Spring Season title?

The Cosmos will likley e the front runner to win the short 9 gane spring season with their exrensive pre season play and the return of some top players. But unlike last season there will be 3 more slots open for the final playoff run. At this time clubs will be able to raise their level of play and gel with new players with the rest of the league looking to add and subrtract during the summer break.
I really like the 9 game spring season. It really does make it so that every single match counts. Just like the NASL said it would....
