    This thread is to avoid having to go through a thousand posts on a dozen different websites on all the ludicrous suggestions and comments.

    So anything decent, mention and comment.

    So far, suggestions are of a French coach.

    Based on what I've been reading on PFDC, the next coach was present at the 2010 WC. The top three names that are currently circulating are:

    * Raymond Domenech
    * Otto Rehhagel
    * Paul Le Guen

    That being said, nothing that comes out of IFF's mouth is reliable (just a short while they said that the national team coach and the Omid coach would be of the same nationality while now they're saying that our Omid coach will be Iranian). Out of the 3 options, Rehhagel would be best but the man is already 72 years old and we need someone to help guide us for the next 4-5 years. Domenech is a disaster (he's extremely superstitious having excluded players from selected French squads due to their astrological signs). :eek: That leaves us with Le Guen, who despite having a poor WC with Cameroon has done well coaching in the French league and is only 46 years old.

    I just heard Zico got an unofficial offer from Iran. Any choice would be better than that guy.

    Multiple reliable sources inside Iran now saying Carlos Queiroz arrived in Tehran hours ago and will officially sign the contract tomorrow. Seems like it's done deal, I'm very excited about the future :D

    My condolences, gentlemen.

    Prepare to watch your players sleep-walk around the pitch, and prepare for Quieroz to make no tactical adjustments even when your team is losing, but then blame everyone but himself for the result. This guy is a loser.

    Navad ran a special on him tonight:

    Chacal our players are already sleep walking and our team doesn't really have any tactics to begin with so it can't get any worse. Besides Queiroz will bring high level experience plus an exceptional ability to develop from the ground up from what I've heard.
