I stopped listening to announcers and just put on my ipod while watching games but once in a while I hear some announcers. Some of the new crew aren't that bad and Diego Balado is just plain great but it still pretty bad. And now I get why It's called football is so terrible at picking post for Wall of Shame and never getting when they are jokes. Somebody who thinks Pablo Ramirez is great and funny obviously must have had an accident which affected the part of his brain that processes humor and taste.

They have a decent play by play guy right now in Edgar Martinez. But he is like the 4th string, behind Perro, the Antichrist, and Perez Navarro. He tends to go overboard on the jokes, if he would just stick to calling the game he'd be dam good. They should get Tito Manriquez from Espn Mexico. Espn is waisting him over there doing the Dutch league and the occasional Bundesliga game. Dude is straight up the best in Mexico.
'El Torre de Jalisco' is an embarassment to Mexico. Having to explain to my non Mexican friends that we don't claim him every time he screws around in his broadcasts gets tiresome. It's unbelievably annoying of him to waste our time repeatedly, hearing him bloviate, asking for replays on meaningless plays just so he can prove he was right, and even if he's wrong, of course the moron never admits it. All of this happening while we miss significant action. He's a cunt of the highest degree. Whenever I think of him, I think of what Tywin Lannister told Cersei once upon a time: "I don't distrust you because you're a woman. I distrust you because you're not as smart as you think you are. " That said, Perez Navarro's voice ranks up there with Fernando Schwartz as the most grating and godawful sounds ever to emanate from any creature on this planet. Good god, at least they don't let the latter narrate anymore. Navarro is the WOAT, easily.
