That match will result in fights between Serbian and Croatian hooligans Definitely going to watch it.
No away fans were allowed for the first game in Zagreb and so is the case in Belgrade, but there were pictures of Croatian fans with tickets for the game posted online last few days, so who knows.. Serbs are going overboard with security because that fu.cker Gargamel is on our case from day one. Dude really hates Croats and Serbs, but not as much as we hate him, not even close..

Yikes. Unless that was negotiated in his contract, that's utterly repulsive. Fortunately he's getting a payday at Monaco. Always respected Abidal, always seemed like a gentleman.
Don't worry I'm sure Rosell will come out and clear this up saying Abidal "misremebers" and was really paid a kabillion euros while he was undergoing treatment...kinda like Tito "misremebered" Pep coming to see him in NY.
Barca deny Abidal 'not paid' claims http://espnfc.com/news/story/_/id/1545474/barcelona-deny-eric-abidal-not-paid-claims?cc=5901
That's not denying what Abidal said. That just says that they paid what he was due under the contract. They might have inserted a clause saying that if he had a health problem, the club wouldn't have to pay (or would pay a reduced sum), or that insurers would pick up the tab. And Abidal also doesn't say that he wasn't paid, he just says the club didn't pay him. I reckon the most plausible explanation is that the club didn't pay his "normal wage" (if they paid anything at all) and the insurers picked up the tab for a reduced wage during his illness. I think it's pretty clear that he feels he was treated shabbily by the club. I can understand the commercial pressures and motivations at clubs when it comes to illnesses. But when you market yourself as a force for good, you need to act like it too. On related note, does anyone remember if we paid out De La Red's contract in full during his illness?
Towards the end when it was pretty obvious he was not going to be able to play again but he was still holding out hope of returning we "encouraged" him to accept the reality of the situation from what I recall. We ended up in court over something related to his contract/status but I think that was a formality for getting out of the contract since he couldn't fulfill it from a physical perspective. After that he pretty immediately started working for the Club. Nothing ever specific came out but I would think our paying him according to his contract was one of the reasons we gave such "encouragement to him so we could him off the first team books and into his backroom position. I'm not really sure, maybe someone else with a better memory remebers other details though...
First lahm gets booed for his 100th cap, then ballack gets booed for his official farewell. Nice crowd.
I'd never thought I'd be this happy over a 2-0 result at the end of the first half against *****in Andorra. the turkish NT is a mess, but there is light at the end of the tunnel now that Terim became the NT coach.
