Kalas on his future...

It's important for a young player to get plenty of playing time. At clubs such as Chelsea, Manchester United and Bayern Munich, you don't get much first-team action at my age, but my time will come. I'm convinced of that. I'm only 18 and still have plenty to learn at Vitesse. >It's 99.9 per cent sure that I will stay here. The parties involved have yet to reach an agreement, but I expect to stay at Vitesse. I know that a new coach will arrive at Chelsea, but I'm very happy here. Returning to Chelsea wouldn't make much sense at this point. Other teams from England have also approached me, but the offers I received weren't good enough. I don't think someone should make that step until you're ready for it. I'm not at that point yet.My biggest dream is to return to Chelsea at one point, and to take over John Terry's role at the club. I still have a long way to go, though. I don't want to be exactly like Terry, but it would be great if I could become a first team regular at Chelsea, and even wear the captain armband.

to me it sounds as if they want to see him in person and determine the best course of his future whether that is loaning him out to continue along the path of trying to obtian a work permit or just to see if the lad is even close to competing for a spot within the team

Any chance Hutchinson plays more of a role next season? What is the opinion on his long term viability as a RB for us?

By all accounts, Piazon is the most likely to break through either next year or the following. Bruma would like to go elsewhere. Bertrand is ahead of van Aanholt. Plus Bertrand has really done well this year. de Bruyne is as good as they come in terms of 21 year olds. I just can't see him not on the Stamford Bridge pitch next season. Courtois should stay at Athletico but he's our future number if Cech starts to degress. Don't think that McEchearn has a future here, I could be wrong, and hope that I am, but he'll be loaned out next season.

The soft-spoken and quiet stance could be seen as signs of timidity, but the word that best defines the moment of Lucas Piazon is maturity. And this individual achievement? It was something that surprised you? You received the trophy from the hands of Terry, what was the impact with the stars?

- On Saturday, when I got to train the team up, they told me: "Gee, here eight months ago and has won such an award." They gave me congratulations. It was cool. They also find it very difficult for Brazil to get here so fast and win a prize as well. To me, it's been great.

You find yourself ready to act in the team up? If you need to take the field now, are you ready?

- Anxiety will always exist. To play 15, 30 minutes, I'm ready. For 90, I think not. I need a little more experience, contact with them, training, rapport, trust ... But to play 15, 10 minutes, you can already premiered.

- You are great. I train early, come home each 14h, come home and have lunch ETA at the table with rice, beans ... What is the schedule for the holidays? Go to Brazil?

- I will. I get 23 days and I'll see what I do. First, I am in Sao Paulo and then go to Curitiba with my father, my grandparents' anniversary is in the interior of Paraná and have to go there. It will be nice. Long time no see everybody. I hope to make enough.

To close, besides football, you have a large fan club, especially among girls. How do you deal with it, already has a lot of harassment here in England too?

I think the future of Hutch depends on whether or not we sign a RB this summer. If we do then I suspect he will stay on as the cover for the postion with Ivan and the new RB being the primary candidates while Paulo moves on. Hutch could fill a homegrown position while featuring in the occasional match.

Piazon still has a way to go imo. He looks good going forward but needs to work on the other end of things and I think a few too many are getting over exciting about his showing in youth and Reserve football where the pace is remarkably slower than in the Prem.

I supsect Bruma returns to the Continent where he will eventually make a permanent move and PVA goes out on loan again- which he desperately needs.

Hopefully KDB will get a good look in as he deserves it and can fill a needed role for us. Coutrious should get another year of experience before possibly playing a season in the Prem on loan and then fighting for the gloves and I think Josh should look for another loan before any definitive statements are made on him.

where do we think KDB's future position is at the club? i know he plays wide left, but has impressed in the middle. i can't help but think he could possibly help to alleviate Lamps a little. could he be a box-to-box type guy? his range of passing and reading of the game seem to be great.
