    while I can not sympathise that much with Mellis for making such a stupid mistake, coupled with a few other incidents which is why he was let go and Billy given another chance, I really do hope the lad lands on his feet somewhere because he does have the talent and ability

    I always thought he stood a good chance of breaking into our squad with his combination of athletic and technical ability but sadly he seemed to get in his own way quite often. This story has been repeated all too often with players who are very talented at a young age and are either

    - are not given the correct guidance as younger players to challenge themselves or to hold themselves accountable

    - or just for whatever reason do not develop on track

    Mellis appears to have fallen into the first grouping

    Good game too, really strong crop of young players (Piazon, Feruz, Chalobah, Ake, Kane, etc)

    the put together part alone itself is too much exhausting, not to mention the researches Juni does for those who are out far away.
