Where in the world is Christian Ibeagha?

He has apparently left Duke yet there was no mention of him during the MLS draft. Once upon a time this guy was a top prospect. Anyone know where he is now?

He's had a try-out in Europe. He's still hanging around Duke, working out on his own.

I thought he had applied (or was going to apply) for a redshirt year, which is why he wasn't in the draft.

I thought he and his bro are part of the Houston Dynamo academy. Wonder if they can sign him without a weighted lottery or draft?

If he spent enough time in the Dynamo academy during the "homegrown" era, then he could sign directly. Provided there was mutual interest.

He played with FC Dallas in a reserve match today

To my knowledge, Christian never spent time in the Dynamo Academy. His family moved to Houston from the Oklahoma City area after he was already at Duke.

And today. He's listed as a trialist.
