Oh well, nobody really thought that united were going to lose the game before kick-off anyway. If Adkins doesn't make those awful substitutions, the saints probably win the game. If united defend like they did for this whole game against good teams (see Everton) they will get hammered.

Yeah, he absolutely had to go. We really needed that extra 24 mil in the bank plus it was nice to be able to do ManU the huge favor of handing them a player they desperately need. Every goal RVP scores for them will be a kick in the nuts for us. Thanks Wenger.

Yeah it's very unfortunate he did ditch us and money was a large factor for it. But we also as a team must reconsider our wage structure to be competitive again in the league. Had we kept our team together from 08 we would have won a few major trophies by now.
