Chances are, that if it is a 'big' name...they could be 'cup tied' ...i.e. played for a team that was in the group stages, and will not be eligible to play for us during CL knockout stage.
I won't care if they're cup-tied, as it will nevertheless mean more depth for league matches and the FA Cup.
The dude looks shell shocked or something. Maybe the high level of competition for places on the side (ok that was a low blow). Does he speak any English?
which is, obviously, good, though no doubt there'll be one (or more) who get caught up in witch hunts who are actually innocent, so i'm holding back on "hang em high" comments (seems, on the face of it, that mcalpine is an example of that).
true, no doubt these cunners deserve the justice! how they could carry on with no remorse is frightening! must think they did nothing wrong
Messi? Not necessarily. There are few players around who take the beating he does and he stays on his feet. Lots of Barcans will flop at the least touch, you are right, but Messi? I don't think so...
the guy is 82. if anything every comes of this he'll probably be gone from this world by the time any jail time appeared.
Agreed. Does Messi never dive or embellish? I wouldn't ever claim that. But he keeps his feet more than most, IMO, and gets kicked a ton.
This is what makes Busquets' antics so galling. He's the biggest, strongest player on that team, but he goes down constantly under little or no contact. Messi gets kicked constantly and is 5' nothing, but he tries to play the game.
These surely go down as the oddest 'mind games' yet? Then Mancini got to troll him by pretending to dive like Ashley Young in the presser
good game so far. 2-0 now did you spot the confused man city scarf wearing tourists when rooney scored his first? front row seats and 1 starts cheering rooney then realises he is in the man city crowd with their colours on and pretends to point angrily at him, another smiling and videoing after "his" team have just gone behind to their biggest rivals.....*rolls eyes*
2-1 now. seconds earlier it could have been 3-0 to united. de gea made a good double save but city got it in the net at the 3rd attempt.
