For the Top 100 clubs for 2006-2007 through 2010-2011 I took the minimum coefficient for any club from the club's country divided by the club's coefficient. The ten highest percentages are clubs from elite leagues that didn't earn many points on their own, while the ten least reliant clubs include four of the top ten coefficients and other clubs that are the best in their country.
