It's obviously Pachuca.

 

Pachuca had most likely the best decade ever of any Mexican team when you take into account their International success, not to mention playing very well in the league.

Nah, I dont think Chivas is the best team of the decade. Pachuca is.

according to those stats someone posted, both Toluca and America did.

 

Pachuca has the edge because of the Copa Sudamericana. Everything else is the same. The 4th place in the Club World Cup was an underachievement. Toluca was by far more consistent than Pachuca i think.
