    I got:

    Poldoslki-RvP-Theo
    Carzola-Song-Ox
    Gibbs-TV-Kos-Yennaris

So frickin excited for the season to start. I feel very very very positive, more so than in years past-even if RvP leaves.

If RVP leaves in the next week I see...

    Podolski--Giroud--Walcott
    Cazorla--Song--Arteta
    Gibbs--TV--Kos--Jenkinson

Im not sure if I prefer Mert-Kos or TV-Kos...

Is Jenkinson a lock at RB? Can't we see Le Coq or Nico there?

ESPN, really? Ten am EST kick-off right? This has been a proper off-season. Let's hope we get to see some positives.

    I got...

    Chesney
    Coq - Verm - Kos - Gibbs
Song - Diaby - Rambo (Cazorla on Spanish duty and Arteta, Rosicky hurt)
    Theo - RvP - Poldy

Can I take a minute to bitch about how ridiculous it is there is a FIFA mandated international break this week? What a crock of crap. Santi's gonna have to go to Puerto Rico - I'd rather he didn't.

That is a stupid International Break

I don't think Rambo has been in camp yet this offseason with AFC. I dont see him starting.
    Cazorla may start.

Yes it is. It wasn't bad enough to have that pointless int'l break in Sept, a couple weeks after the season starts. But to have one LITERALLY the week of the opening matches? Gimme a break...

I'm confident we can win, but i'm looking mainly how the new players work out.

    Jenkinson, Yennaris, Coquelin...

I'm not confident with any of them as our starting RB...

I still think we'll see Koscielny at fullback with Mertesacker & Vermaelen in the middle.

    Really looking forward to this.

Anxious to see how RVP will play, but very excited about this season.

Prediction - 2-1 to le Arse.

    Agreed.

    Gerv Pods Theo
    Diaby
    Song Coq
    Gibbs TV Mert Kos

Assuming - Ox, Arteta and Rosicky out through injury and Santi out due to international duty.

If the Boss wants to put both RvP and Giroud on at some point, do we go to a 4-4-2 to accomodate?

The Ox and Koscielny are out of their national teams friendly games on Saturday and are a doubt for Saturday. Kos has a calf strain...

Lets hope the injury jinx isnt hitting our defence extra early this season

Koscielny has pulled out of the France squad with a minor knock. (Ox has left the English team camp as well because of an ankle knock). Let's hope both of them will be back on Saturday.
Still believe that Kos is essential in the middle.

man, gunna have to re-arrange my tee time on saturday...

    Podolski-Van Persie-Walcott
    -------Song-Cazorla-Arteta
    Gibbs-Mertesacker-Vermaelen-Yennaris
    --------------Sczcesny

probably will need 2 goals... 2:1 sounds about right.
