Not much to say. All is decided, and I would not be surprised to see Dante, Reus and Neustaedter sit out. Might as well get a start on next season. But it was our best season in decades, so there is much to be pleased about--and much to be concerned with.

Well put i like that " Much to be pleased-and much to be concerned with"
Its really going to be an interesting new season, and i surely hope we would not end up fighting relegation again because that is not our place .It never has been and this club has just too much history and pride and culture to get sucked back into that crap:D

Can we finally manage to get an away win in Mainz or at least a draw (we didn't even score a goal there during the last couple of years)? After all, we don't have the pressure of getting a result ... as it was the case last season (that's surely been one of the most depressing nights for any BMG fan - silly red card for Hanke, cheated by the referee with the not given pk for Reus and then conceding the late 0:1 due to a lucky shot from Schürrle in such a crucial game).

I have to admit I don't care about this game at all.

Looks like the poll is broken. It may come back later, but no big deal, as this is the last game this season.

It may not effect our table position or anything, but it sure feels much different to conclude this AMAZING season with a nice "W"..and if we can position some of our younger players and achieve a good result it will go to distance for us.But thats only my opinion and how little things can effect the big picture later on!

I selected win by 1 goal. I would like to see the final be 2-0 at least for Gladbach. It has been a wonderful year. Last week was a little disappointing, so I would like to see them go out with a bang.
The game is on GOL-TV 11:30 a.m. (ET).

Bigger the "BANG" this last away game of the season the better, specially if we can win with the players that have less game experience and lower milage under their belt. A contract extension with FAVRE also will put a lot of things into perspective for the fans and an indication about the club and wether or not this organization has serious intentions to lay a solid foundation to build on and not just be a low to mid table contender! I really can't think of any better coach to do this here at gladbach, lets not forget he has also had "good - luck" on his side here at borussia park which always comes into play preciously from a physiological stand point!

A really great debut (neglecting his 1 minute sub against Lautern). No mistakes, inspired and clear passing. Looked as if he had played with the team the entire season.

Well what do you know, that is great news during desperate times and departure of some key players! He did seem promising from GET-GO tho! A summer under favre might turn him into a key player,or key SUB during complicated games!

Great to see the win to close out the season. It will be a different look team, but I am excited about what can occur next year. Another run at the top of the table? Success in Europe?

And what a nice pass to Daems before the 0:1. :) The guy is better than Neustädter (even though his pass to Reus ahead of the 0:2 was superb as well) ... the question is, whether he can show his true potential next season. Let's hope so.

Ring did a great job as well. Unfortunately, he lacks fortune (so far) when it comes to converting the chances.

Great end of a superb season with 3 fantastic goals and a perfect farewell for Marco Reus! And we FINALLY managed to get a result in Mainz and take revenge for what happened there last season. When we get some space, we can play some damn good footy.
