Well, if you consider Wednesdays as part of the previous weekend, then yes DC plays twice. Aside from the NWSL Fantasy League, though, I've always seen each "week" end on a Sunday. (Maybe Monday if you're the EPL.)

For those of you watching the NWSL on live feed this weekend, enjoy watching the Red Stars vs. WNY Flash at Toyota Park, a beautiful stadium with real green grass and real soccer atmosphere. I'll be there in person.
Anybody interested in watching more than one game, be sure to prioritize in case an announcer decides it's incumbent on them to announce the other scores as they come in off the wire. But maybe NWSL is trying to do something about that this year. Last weekend was okay except for the KC stadium announcer, who decided--during a pause from the livestream announcer, conveniently enough--that the local fans who turned out just had to know that Portland was leading Houston at the half. Luckily, I'd already watched that game.
Houston will be without Ohai this weekend...I posted the detail in the injury thread. Its a high ankle sprain.
Hal Kaiser @MIBS98 9m Dash flying Rafa Souza to Boston for the match this weekend as bench will be short with no Bock & Ohai.
Oh geez... Poor Houston! With all these big and little injuries, at this rate, they'll be down to just 11 players by the time the reinforcements arrive.
Nah man, I think it was just an oversight last week. Unless you are telling me Riley expected Morgan to play last week.
No, I'm referring to the rule which allows roster relief with a temporary call-up if a player will miss more than 45 days of the season on the disabled list. That may mean Morgan will miss 45 days, maybe van Hollebeke also. Replacement for Allocated players called up to the Nats May also apply. Both players on Portland's DL list were on Nat duty when injured.
Why do I see Morgan listed on the April 11 injury report? OUT: Alex Morgan (left ankle stress reaction) http://www.nwslsoccer.com/News/801355.html
So I see that the Chicago Fire vs Revolution game is the match of the week on NBC SN. What are the chances of the announcers name dropping the Redstars vs Flash game later?
Spirit lineup: Harris, Pressley, Averbuch, Gayle, Lindsey, Nairn, Matheson, Krieger (c), Taylor, Dunn, Huster
KC lineup: Barnhart, Sauerbrunn, Bogus, Buczkowski, Rodriguez, Mathias, Holiday, Robinson, Kallman, Tymrak, Phillips
Just watched the Chicago Fire match. There were zero mentions of the Red Stars during the broadcast . Even when the opening ceremony was ongoing, they commented on the Fire's mascot, but neglected to mention the Red Star's, even though they were both equally visible at the time. I feel like Arlo White would have slipped a mention of them in if he was still with NBC. Miss that guy...
Soo we have a stagger or games starting 15minutes apart, first off the Spirit. This time it took me secs to switch the stream to HD, let's see if the camera can follow the action this time
