It serves as the home field for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL) and Seattle Sounders FC of Major League Soccer (MLS). It is located just south of the downtown Seattle area next to SafeCo Field. Directions CenturyLink Field is located south of downtown Seattle, just off I-5. The journey takes approximately 8 minutes & the light rail also picks up from various locations downtown. The stop serving stadium is International District / Chinatown. A cab to the stadium will cost about $15. Airport Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEA) is located about 12 miles south of downtown & the stadium. Alaska, Frontier, Southwest & United all fly non-stop to SEA from Denver. To / From Airport A cab to the downtown area will cost about $30. The best option is to use the SoundTransit Central Link (Light Rail) which connects the airport with the downtown area every 10 minutes for $2.75 one-way.
