I set the poll to close the day before the Semifinals start. This is separate from my prediction contest. Please sticky this topic. It's okay with me if this becomes a general Group B topic.

MEX & CR. Miles ahead of the other two at this moment IMHO. El Salvador does have a chance at upsetting CR only if they fare better H2H.

I think El Salvador has a chance of upsetting Costa Rica, the last few games have not had a clear dominating team, and besides Costa Rica is having problems right now with a new coach and not having too much confidence.

I say Mexico and El Salvador

El Salvador and Mexico. I think we can take Costa Rica, but it will be hard!

Costa Rica is descending while El Salvador is ascending.

I gave it to Los Guanacos.

Like most of the groups, I think there is a clear top team (Mexico), two teams with legit chances for the 2nd spot (Costa Rica and El Salvador) and a minnow (Guyana).

I think both CR and ES beat Guyana twice and lose to Mexico twice, and it will come down to someone getting an away draw. Narrow edge to Costa Rica.

Costa Rica finishes 2nd. Haven´t seen anything from El Salvador to think otherwise.

Mexico is a top 15 nt in the world.

Voted for Mexico and CR (the favorites). But I think El Salvador is capable of sneaking past Costa Rica.

Is OK Jared we know.:D

It's all going to come down to home form, honestly. Mexico is actually playing good football, not like in recent years where they were all hype. The last year they've actually played really well so I believe they are going to win the group, obviously. Costa Rica is barely starting a new process, they haven't' been very impressive but they have excellent players. El Salvador have only lost once since Ruben Israel came through and it was against a strong Mexican team, however, I think the first half is what you will see from El Salvador. We haven't been beating teams by a lot of goals but we are playing good football and defending better. I don't see anyone coming to El Salvador and taking 3 points. A tie is definitely possible but I'd still put my money on winning every home game, to be honest. It's all a matter of who slips up first.

Mexico and Costa Rica, but El Salvador could troll and make it instead of Costa Rica.

There was a lot of Guyanese immigration to the UK in the past. I wonder if there are many Championship League level or fringe Premiership players who'd never have a chance to play for England, but might be a good addition to the Guyanese squad. I'd love for them to take down the Ticos and El Salvador for second.

I hope it's El Salvador and Costa Rica.
But any reasonable person, even a US fan like me, knows that Mexico's going through.
    So Mexico and Costa Rica.

A Mexican being offended from a C.A. country's press talking smack is hilarious and ironic to me at the same time :D

Seriously though...Don't know if i'd bet on that even though Mexico has owned us since 2001....but i rather wait and see since both teams have basically all their starters abroad and they might be on a slump come September. I still wouldn't count out El Salvador since they seem to be very strong as a team and have a player name Zelaya who has made both Costa Rica and Mexico look bad.

Well you just went 0-4 in your CCL predictions so maybe El Salvador's chances of making it through just went up.
