Netherlands seems to strong for the other 3 contenders.
Turkey is one step ahead of Romania and Hungary.|
However, I praise this new Hungary generation under Egervari. They are in a good way to rebirth in football

    My Picks:

    1- Netherlands
    2- Hungary

I read that somewhere, Hungary and having new talent. Where they already playing against the Dutch in this EC qualification or not? Who are the new prospects? Just curious.

I think the Dutch have had it far easier against Hungary than Turkey. That doesn't have to mean anything. Turkey has problems focusing against the easy country's, so there they can drop points, where Hungary could pick them up against the little ones. Turkey tend to raise their game playing the big country's. this will be the result after the qualification IMO:

    1-Netherlands
    2-Turkey
    3-Hungary

I think it will be pretty close between Holland and Turkey. Holland will go down the coming years, Turkey will go up. But those processes are not going quickly enough to see Netherlands on 2 and Turkey on 1. That will take longer, probably until after WC 2014.

However the next imminent Dutch talents for the national team in my view are:

    Kevin Strootman (PSV)
    Leroy Fer (Feyenoord)

Both are (central) midfielders and pretty decent. Strootman was one of the better players against Brazil in a friendly. That has given me some confidence that the next generation is not too mediocre. Having said that, the future of the Dutch national team is a great concern of mine. I just don't see anything spectacular at the horizon. I don't believe in youth teams doing good like U17 winning the Euro. Most of them flop anyway. Not relevant. The talanted group of Sneijder/Robben/RVP/VDV are now moving slowly to the late twenties and I see nothing that can compare to them to replace them in 3 to 4 years.

It would be really nice if Hungary finds a way through; they need to have their place back in the top of the world when it comes to football. Or aleast be one of the best around.

During their last match with the dutch, they gave a hell of a better match although still lost heavily...
