    Are there websites online which offer live streams of German 2. Bundesliga, 3. Liga, and Frauen-Bundesliga?

    The German FA broadcasts some youth and women BL matches each match day.

    On the site you can also watch highlights of 3. Liga, German cup, women BL, youth BL and youth NT.

    There is a site called SportP2P.eu. They usually stream most of the games! Veetle is also good! : )

    What exactly is Liga Total.de? I see it sponsored on Bayern occasionally. Is this a site to just watch BL highlights? Or can you pay to see full length match replays?

    ESPN3 (internet) shows at least one BuLi match weekly. The quality is top notch and the commentary is always in english. Most matches are kept in the "replay" feature so you don't have to worry if you miss the live broadcast.
