Holding on for 1-1... not sure that's wise. Going to need WBA to do us a big favour in their last game.

VdV's corners where not worth a :poop: today. With a bazillion corners taken, so many were useless. And, I don't see who else to substitute.

Should have been defoe or Saha.

FFS, Is all I can say. Rose, you not good enough that's why you can't get into the squad. Great comeback but we don't rotate our squad well enough. You can tell the men are knacked. one point behind now.

    1-1 FT

Now we need to beat Fulham and hope WBA get a result at home in Hodgson's last game.

Rose's red card was always going to fvck us.

10 men and we still had 21 shots to their 4 and 19 corners to their 4.

We could've had an infinite amount of corners and we wouldn't have scored a single one of them. Didn't look threatening at all.

a number of players today didn't give a good shift,
actually I'm not sure besides sandro and to some extent the french connection who else worth mentioning?
results is still not that BAD, but we'll hang out to the last game and see, hopefully players will have enough time to revitalize

I think it goes the other way. Prior to the red, villa were in bunker mode and Spurs looked like they lacked motivation. After the red, the match opened up which allowed Spurs to show their skill, sorely lacking from what I saw prior to the red.

With that said, Spurs need a new manager. There was a bit of luck (both for and against), but the lack of subs and the poor placement (WTF is Lennon doing on the left?!?!) of players needs some rethinking.

    Pep for manager. :)

You guys aren't nearly pissed off enough about this.

We had 3rd place and a group stage spot secured simply by beating Aston Villa, a team that was on a 7 game winless streak and has given up more leads than anyone in the league aside from West Brom.

It would've been at least 4th clinched, not 3rd. Though we would've still needed a win next week to get 3rd as well.

+1 . It was in our hands and now it is not.

I enjoyed yesterday, revelling in Arse messing up. Now they can do the same. Still I'd rather our last fixture than theirs.

And WTF is wrong with me? I thought this game was 11am ET, missed it completely.

I've got more important things to be pissed off about. I'm still happy that Spurs can challenge to CL. I'm in the mentality that Spurs will be in CL.

A rare bit of optimism that the team simply will not get from me.

This team is simply content to let Bayern Munich determine their Champion's League qualification when they should be passionate about taking third from the Woolwich and putting them in that position. It's disgusting. Never have I been more disappointed with this club than I have been over the past couple of months.

We should of won even with 10 men. We have to beat Fulham next week and hope WBA can get something against Arsenal.
