So how is Virtua Tennis? I haven't played one before really. I'm a fan of realism/simulation over the "arcade experience" type of gameplay.

DLC should be free. We support the company on the day of release and they repay us with crap. Sadly, this only looks like it's getting worse.

Got it. I think it's pretty awesome. I just have trouble doing really fast serves

btw I've platted Fifa 12. wooooo

Nice. I don't do the trophies thing in fifa, or for any game really. In fifa I mostly play in the online clubs with my virtual pro. It's really fun. You create a team with friends, and each player uses a "pro" that they've created. The pro gains ability through experience. We're currently #1 in North America.

^ The Pro Club feature is what gives Fifa the edge on lasting appeal over any other game in the market imo. It never dies down.

What platform are you on? I play some clubs myself, current world ranking is roughly around 350.

We're on the PS3. Last I checked we were in the 130's world rank. In the last club my team had made, we ranked as high as 3rd in the WORLD. Unfortunately the team played terribly and we dropped many ranks down so we made a new club and "trimmed the fat" to have our best players only.

After running into the trailer for Mass Effect 3 that sparked by curiosity, i did a little research. After reading reviews for 1 and two, i decided to give the franchise a try, even thought i wasn't expecting much. The only RPG from Bioware i tried was Dragon's Age; engaging story, but IMO garbage combat system so i never was into it.

However, one week later here i am reading Mass Effect Wiki after finishing both 1 and 2 (helps that i can play @ work teehee:) with all their DLC's (Lair of the shadow broker was effing great, well worth its price, this is what all DLC's should be )

Great story telling / RPG elements, engaging characters that you actually care about, to the point that it makes you feel bad if you cheat on your girl. (Nothing that a reload can't fix, too bad you can't IRL :()
Some great comical moments and *ahem* sex0r scenes as well :D.

The combat is so god damn fun, specially Mass Effect 2, which is basically Gears of War (same engine) with RPG elements. Getting your squadmate to levitate that bitch that is hiding behind crates for you shoot him in midair never gets old.

Even though i have both consoles, i decided to get the PC versions. Keyboard / Mouse aiming FTW.

Can't wait for conclusion of this trilogy in 3.

    Asura's Wrath. 85% Anime, 15% "game".

Its not a game, but an experience.

Capcom figured out they could sell an anime for $60 if they marketed as a game. Interesting pick if your an anime fan, otherwise stay away.

Seriously tho, wtf is with the recent trend of games ending with cliffhangers / unfinished stories just so they can shove DLC's up your throat. All these "To be continued" endings are effing lame.

I played the demo and i thought it was fantastic, but it kind of played itself. I was expecting a game like DMC, but that was fine as well. I'm going to buy it when the price drops low enough, i've seen it for 40 Euro already at this store i buy from regularly, when it drops to 35 i'm there.

Bought Resident Evil Revelations though. A must for the 3DS in my opinion. Looks pretty great, plays just like the recent home RE games.

Tempted to start playing FIFA 12 again to get Leeds United promoted... but after playing 10 years as Real Madrid the game got boring.

I always start as Blackpool, and try to build a relatively young, all British squad. The game is boring as any top team, offline and online.

    Got bored with PES 12.

Started playing NBA 2K12. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it is. I am a bit addicted at the moment. Madden 12 is gathering dust on my table right now.
