They need to come out with a new star fighter. I remember rebel squadron
Rogue Squadron was the shit! love that game
Ah that's right Rogue Squadron. Sorry, it's been a while.
The concept of the Battle Royale game is good [take after Super Smash bros, the best fighting game out], but the character selection looks extremely lame if you put the two games side by side.
Agreed, to me it seemed like the characters had no weight or uniqueness. I don't know, just from watching the people play it, I would have to try it out myself, but it looked cheap. From the level design to the character moves, could have been way better.
Jeez it sucks that it has to be PS3 exclusive. (LoU)
This looks insanely awesome...
Graphics are top notch. Ubisoft is setting the bar very high.
Star Wars: 1313
Uncharted & Assassins Creed meets Star Wars!!!
Its running on a PC, looks great nevertheless.
Just beat Max Payne 3. Well written story.
Still haven't bought it yet, mostly because I have had much time to play lately except for a few hours a week of Civ 5
It's better than I thought it would be. Knowing it was handled by the Rockstar peeps piqued my interest. Didn't disappoint at all. Lots of detail in the most minute aspects of the game.
I couldn't get over how hard the game was. It might have to do with the fact that I stopped playing FPS a few years back, but man, it seemed ridiculous to me on hard and free aim.
The Brazilian theme was pretty awesome, though. As were the graphics. That said, I still prefer the old school Max Payne.
At first I thought I was just too drunk at times for some of the levels that stumped me for a bit playing on the hard difficulty. But there were two parts near the end that did sort of piss me off. The aiming wasn't my issue. Controlling Max who is slow as all fock when 100's of bullets are coming at you bullet time or not is amazingly stupid. It's like the upped the degree of difficulty by making him so damn slow, and somewhat hard to control in those moments where the situation calls for him to be at least slightly agile. Other than this I did like the game very much.
Yeah, exactly. Bullet Time is supposed to be an advantage, but it really wasn't when you're just as slow as them. I basically had to aim, duck, then do Bullet Time and kill them. Over and over. Shit was frustrating. It also didn't help when I clearly emptied a round on their face and they still got up to shoot me, it would drive me up the wall.
This part was lame. I understood hitting their helmets(not really), and seeing them survive. But clear face shots with them falling down. Only to get back up again and cause havoc was wack.
OMFG my fav author has a video game project on kickstarter.. (he wrote Snow Crash and Cryptonomicon among others.)
Okami coming to the ps3 in HD
