what squads and formations do you guys use in FIFA? i usually play something like this: ----------------------------Casillas------------------------- -----Ramos--------Pepe---------------Albiol---------Garay-- -----------------------------Lass--------------------------- ---------------------Alonso--------------------------------- --------------------------------------Kaka------------------ -------------Ronaldo---------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------Benzema----------RvN----------------- i play garay because marcelo and drenthe suck balls in FIFA and RvN cause he has like 95 finishing
Re: FIFA madrid lineups/squads I play the 4-2-3-1 but modify it to like a 4-3-3. It almost looks like ancelloti's christmas formation.
Re: FIFA madrid lineups/squads I know it's the Fifa thread but.. I don't play Fifa. PES 2009 lineup when I'm playing someone more talented(I haven't lost yet) Casillias Albiol--Pepe--Metzelder--Arbeloa M.Diarra Xabi Alonso--Lassana Diarra Sergio Ramos Kaka--------------------Ronaldo Normal line up. Casillias Arbeloa Pepe Ramos Marcelo Xabi Raul Kaka----------------Ronaldo Benz Higuain
Re: FIFA madrid lineups/squads Yea, Im a PES fan too, and I play: Ramos Pepe Albiol Marcelo Xabi Lass Kaka-----CR9 RvN Bezema
Re: FIFA madrid lineups/squads Sooo what are people doing these days? I've started going with: Casi Ramos-Pepe-Albiol-Marcelo Xabi-Diarra-Lass Kaka-Ronaldo Benzema (Kaka & CR9 as strikers) I hate benching Higuain though Love having Diarra in front of the back four though. Ronaldo and Kaka just seem wasted on the wings, though it seems impossible to stop Ronaldo from getting a cross off which is nice
FIFA10: Casillas Ramos - Pepe - Albiol - Capdevila Xabi - Lassana Ronaldo - Kaka - Silva Benzema Also bought in Hernanes, Canella, a couple of south american generated players and eventually Mata. I sold loads of players to get the squad down to about 2 players per position. Thing is though, I just accepted them all without looking, so I ended up selling Ruud and Diarra to Barcelona, and Guti to Sevilla .
FIFA 10 - Real Madrid line-up I don't know if it's appropriate for me to make such a thread here, given it's not really related to Real Madrid football club (indeed, it's not really appropriate of me to be making any sort of thread as I have to write an essay for my Masters degree), but I am interested to know what line-ups you guys use if you play FIFA 10. I used to have a 5-2-1-2 formation all the way through FIFA 09, but I find it's too restricting for FIFA 10. It's great if you don't want to concede many, but isn't great if you want to score loads either. I've recently shifted to a 4-3-3. I have to work much harder at defence, but it allows me a freedom and therefore more space for individual creativity (which the 5-2-1-2 didn't allow). I also base it on the player overall statistic, so obviously it will be different to real life. Here it is: 4-3-3: --------------------------- Casillas (90) ------------------------------- Ramos (85) ------- Albiol (83) ---------- Pepe (84) -------- Arbeloa (80) ------------ Lass (78) ----- Alonso (84) ---- VDV (80) ----------------- --- Kaka (89) ------------- Benzema (85) ------------- Ronaldo (89) --- I could put Guti in for Lass as he's 80 compared to Lass' 78, but I prefer someone with a good tackling ability. This formation allows the front 3 players to have some great individual moments that can change matches as they're free to attack any way they want. VDV and Lass get forward a lot too. Ramos is great on the flank. It's just the CBs who let me down by being out of position a lot. What do you guys use?
im a pro evo man and im halfway through a season with galacticos if this was real life id be sacked by now..cant get the right balance or formation..3rd in the league 4 points behind cules usually at home i use this ----------------------Casillas--------------- Ramos--------Albiol---------Pepe-----Marcelo--- ----------------Lass--------Xabi--------- --------------Kaka---------------Ronaldo---- --------------Higuian----------Benzema----- away from home i sometimes go with ----------------------Casillas----------------- Ramos--------Pepe----------Albiol------Marcelo---- ------------------Lass--------Xabi------ ----------------------Granero------------ ---------------Kaka----------Ronaldo------ -------------------Benzema---------
I can understand you not putting on Raul and Nistelrooy as they're very slow... But Granero ? He's absolutely useless in the game. I would suggest VDV or Guti there.
basically the default w/ a few lineup changes --------------Casillas Ramos----Albiol-----Pepe----Arbeloa ----------Lass------Alonso ---Ronaldo------------------Kaka ---------Higuain---Benzema a lot of my goals come from the left side of my attack, but the creativity is in the right side
Iker Ramos - Albiol - Arbeloa Hamsik JaviMartinez Silva -- Gourcuff -- Ronaldo Benzema - Zarate Can I say, pownage?
I keep going back and forth between the 1 striker vs. 2 striker line-up. Lately I've gone with the latter because I've been having trouble with 1v1's and having a 2nd striker parallel to you mean you can either pass it to him for for an open net or he is well positioned for the rebound.
Football Manager 2010; Season 10/11: Iker Ramos-Mexes(sum 10)-Albiol-Marcelo De Rossi(sum 10) Alonso-Källström(sue me I'm swedish) Kaka Higuain-Ronaldo Subs: Adan, Pepe, Arbeloa, Gago, Granero, Dudu, Benzema. Sold: Diarra, De la Red, Drenthe Metzelder, Dudeks and Ruud's contract allowed to run out and Guti kicked out eek:) after he was crying about the signing of De Rossi. Won the treble quite easily tbh first season with Ronaldo banging in 42 goals
No it means that they were bought in the summer of 2010 in my little universe that was obvious but now when I'm out in the regular one it might not be that obvious
Y'all should just move to my universe where things like makes sense to everyone currently residing here. Trust me, it's pretty neat over here.
This is what I implement when I play with Real Madrid. --------------- Casillas ----------------- Ramos ---- Albiol ----- Pepe ---- Marcelo ----------------- Diarra ----------------- ----- Kaka ----------------- Xabi ------- Huguin -------- Benzema -------- Ronaldo
My squad at the moment looks pretty different from when it started, although the starting XI hasn't changed too much. I also did a bit of number editing. My starting XI right now is: #1 Casillas (C) #4-----#3-----#6-----#2 Ramos - Pepe - Aveiro - Lahm #5 ----#22 Lass -- Alonso #21---------------#10 Silva ------#8 ---Ronaldo Kaka #11 Benzema My number #6, Aveiro, is a re-gen, 19 year old Portuguese center-back, who already has an over-all of 83. I sold Albiol because he is so good, fast, strong, afro, everything you need in a defender. I gave Cristiano the #10 as a homage to Luis Figo, and I think it looks great, and Lassana the #5 because it's a better number for a DM, and he is the black Zidane but better. My squad then contains Hernanes, Mata, Negredo, Higuain, Granero, Marcelo, Arbeloa, Garay, Canella, Adan, and a couple of other young re-gens who are in the early 80's over-all, both center-mids. One is called Lee Lewis and is English, and the other is Swiss, but he has a really eastern European sounding name. I'm a little thin defensively, but my second team is scoring just as much as the first team, and Negredo, who I gave the vacant #9, is probably my top scorer along with Benzema right now.
Sold M.Diarra and Metzelder. Bought Buanonatte,Mustacchio ( U-20 Italian star) and Eden Hazard the 18 year old Belgian star that Zidane was having a hard-on over. Playing with a 4-2-2-2 with Gago and Lassana Diarra in the middle. Xabi is completely useless in the game... at least to me.
