Re: Victor Ibarbo parece un volante muy pegado a la banda izquierda no creo que sea mixto, no se le ve ganas de recuperar nada. tiene larga zancada y facilmente se conecta al defensor carrilero, cruza bien y una gambeta exquisita- pero es intermitente, desaparece sin razon! el gol que le metio al once caldas hace un mes fue un carreron gigantesco y tan rapido, que el defensor quedo mirando el # (una cualidad mas, le sabe pegar sobre la carrera)

Re: Victor Ibarbo para mi es mas volante mixto, tiene un gran despliegue y ayuda mucho en marca al lateral sea izquierdo o derecho, en ataque ni hablar, no hay quien lo pare. Yo desde hace tiempos digo algo, si nada raro pasa victor va a ser mejor que gio moreno! siendo jugadores algo diferentes por que ibarvo juega por las bandas. Tal vez en el momento se ve un poco lagunero ya que viene de una lesion, pero asi y todo le da para ser figura con 4 o 5 arranques de habilidad llegando hasta la linea final o metiendose al area. Le tengo mucha fe al negro y lo veo en la seleccion para las eliminatorias!

Only offensive chances we had were because of him... tho then again we play'd like crap and anyone doing anything would have looked WC. The commentators couldn't stop saying enough good things about the kid. I like him but def not NT ready and we have better options than him. He did have a good game with Nacional this week tho.
Re: Victor Ibarbo Oh dude. At the stadium in NJ, he was atrocious! I had numerous folks I took to the game express their surprise we would even field someone like that on our team. That game against the US was hideous too (not just Ibarbo but everyone), I didn't think anyone played well that night.

Re: Victor Ibarbo I went to the game in NY had tickets for the US game but couldn't bring myself to go so I sold them after the shit show we had in NY. On tv Ibarbo looked amazing but then again we play'd their 2nd string squad and neither team did well.

Re: Victor Ibarbo I don't see him progressing much further in FPC either. He needs to go to a league that forces him to try harder and a team that makes him vital to the attack. Right now I sort of see him as the guy who gets fielded to just make a random a play or two like the run that earned a penalty yesterday. I'm sure Sachi and his other coaches have had serious talks with him about how much he under performs relative to his talent. For whatever reason it isn't getting through to him.
