I think that he would actually get playing time initially due to their injuries. The problem will be when they all get healthy. Hopefully by then, he would have proven to be a stud and get sold to another top team.

Even with all the injuries I am not sure he would get playing time. But I hope you are right hypothetically if he goes there.

Why couldn't it be him who got the ACL injury and Falcao simply missing playing time for as short as Ibarbo???

I don't wish the ACL injury on any professional player, especially not a Colombian one. Not even Medina or Perea. Falcao got the injury, nothing we can do about that now. Just time to hope for the best and move on.

Sorry but Ibarbo is young and has time to represent Colombia. Falcao is more limited and I want to see him play in as many world cups as possible.

The fact that NOW we return to the world cup isn't fair for players like Falcao to miss them.

It sucks, especially since Falcao is such a great person but I wouldn't trade his injury with anyone else even if I had such powers. Falcao got injured, it sucks, but that's the way things happened and we have to accept it.

Looks like Ibarbo played a full 90 today.

Sounds good with the March Friendly coming up.

He was an attacker, a midfielder and a defender. He was basically all over the place. Made a few nice dribbles, recovered the ball if he losed it. His work rate is amazing.

I don't know how he is able to do all that after an injury and a surgery. Couldn't have asked for more from him today.

It's the only option. He is not Teo. Teo is the only one who scores goals for fun.

Yes because Cagliari have a really bad squad, I seen those games y no le pueden ni regresar una pared.

Yes Cagliari sucks. Thats one reason he must do everything. The other reason is because he is able to do that. Not many players can work so hard whole 90 mins.

He seems like the complete package. He is pretty fast, he is strong, he has the technique, he is mentally strong, he can score, defend ect. Just the type of player every NT needs. I hope to see him on march 5th.
