When was the decision made to draft early? I thought we were drafting Monday/Tuesday. Sorry to say but I'll be away this weekend in rural Virginia. I don't know if or when I'll even be on the internet.
The decision wasn't so much made as handed to us by the results of the Pennsylvania lottery. In retrospect, when Tarv got the first pick, it was always gonna start soon. But no worries, it's the go-slow phase. Enjoy yourself.
