I agree with this....Jese is the real deal, been saying it from the start of the season. Morata is good but not convinced with him yet.

 

Didn't you get the memo? Ramos is Real Madrid although he continues to be a weak link.

It's not even funny how clumsy he is. It's not me just saying. Everyone I know thinks he's massively over rated and gets a pass at the club.

Haha, talk about an overrated CB. Who else? Hummels? Chiellini? Kompany? Every single one is just as overrated and prone to moments of idiocy as Ramos.

 

La Septima, La Octava and La Novena had been won with "world class" CBs like Ivan Campo or Ivan Helguera. Better work on the system with players we have.

I will get stoned for this, but we are flimsy in midfield to be honest. The best we looked all year was when Ancelotti figured things out and Khedira was in midfield, while we were playing the 4-2-3-1. Then again, that was pre-Cristiano injury and he was hero-moding and Bale was playing well.

AS for a new defender, i'd take the young spanish boy from Real Sociedad . it would however, be a huge f u to Nacho and 30 mil is a lot for a CB

 

Who said Ramos was "better"? No one. The question isn't whether Ramos is overrated I think we all understand he probably is, the question is what CB out there is enough of an upgrade to justify the hassle of going after them? Our defense is poor, no duh but it's more of a team issue, specifically the midfield, than a lack of quality defenders. Throwing money at supposedly "world class" defenders isn't the answer.
