My team would be:
Demel, Ginge, Reid, Pog
Cole, Noble, Nolan, Diame, Jarvis
Looks good to me, it's live here at 9am and looking forward to to the game, I listened to the beeb interview earlier, 50 mins but worth the time.
Should have said that the interview was concerning 'Sir' Bobby.
I can't believe that we don't have anyone better than O'Neill to come in when Noble goes down!
I would like to see Spence given a shot, at least he has good legs and lungs.
That'll do geordie, that'll do. 1-1
There was a lot to like about that first half. After conceding a soft goal we really put the pressure on. I also liked the way Carroll took control of the penalty. Shades of Geoff Hurst.
Bale really scares me tho.
Agree with all that. Lets take it to them in the second half!
Get in there Joey! Pure class! 2:1
30 mins..... too long
Jussi has been incredible
Some people may have got the opinion from me in the past that Jussi was past it and that his legs had gone. Naturally I meant no such thing in fact I think I meant to say that he should be renamed Jussi the Cat
We are on the ropes
O'Neill should not be on the field ********ing hopeless.. Basic defending. Keep Bale on his right foot.
Pipped at the post, f/ing Bale!
This loss is on big Sam's head. How does he take Diame off and not O'Neill .
Who was that winner of the "Let's put a fan into the match" contest? You know, the guy who replaced Demel and got torched by Lennon for the rest of the match. Good god, he was ********ing worthless. Must be lucky to win that contest.
Just watched. How could he put a slow centerback against lennon when nothing had been coming from the wings. The announcers new it was a horrible switch right away and couldnt beleive it.
Ya the score was close but they were peppering our goal. The best we can offer is oneil and Taylor?
Good thing "Jussi the cat" was back there, what a game by him.
