Face the Union on the road for a trip to the final. We win, we host. Philly has really started firing on all cylinders since Nowak was fired, they beat Toronto 3-0 on the weekend. Us, not so much. We've already lost 4-0 in Philly this year.

Just win, I don't care how.

Hopefully Philly gets overconfident about having beaten us recently and has a letdown (kind of like we do on occasion:oops:). Gotta find a way to get the ball in the net. Bottom line. We have dominated our last two home games and have one point to show for it; we look like crap against Montreal on the road and get a win. Find a way to score. Ugly is okay, just get it done.

As Collin says in this video, if we play like we did vs. Houston, we'll be good (as long as we can HIT THE NET this time  ). Our defense was very good last game. If we handle Adu like we did Davis, we should be in good shape. Just gotta gotta gotta get our shots on frame. I like our chances on FK's with our size. Houston has big CB's....Philly isn't as big, so hopefully ADV Collin.

I expect a similar lineup tomorrow to last sat. I would start Jacob over Convey at this point because he has missed so much time and I would bring him into the starting 11 for a league game first, given the weight of this game. Philly are playing their best soccer lately and will have high confidence levels. Shutting down McInerny and controlling the wing play will be keys. No more letting attackers get in behind, Seth/Myers. Getting a result will be HUGE

Cautiously confident. The 4-0 against the Union last time we played them has been the only hiccup in an otherwise long stretch of pretty stellar defense. Other than that game, we have allowed a grand total of only 3 goals in our last 7 games across all competitions.

Philly, on the other hand, has been scoring almost at will - 15 goals in their last 5 games.

A good offense against a good defense; something will give. We already gave once so I don't expect it to happen again. 1-0 SKC.

The Philly fans are very confident about this one.

Our ace in the hole is that that I'll be at home, watching the game on my laptop, in my boxer shorts.

We are undefeated this season when I don't wear pants.

    Bring on Chivas or Seattle.

You evil man, I had barely considered that ...... I am totally nervous about this game, nervous that the stupid stream will get crushed under the load and we'll barely be able to watch it, nervous that we'll be denied that final (hell of a night that will be) ......... too much more and I'll go totally bonkers.

That was a frustrating half of soccer. Few chances or blown chances.... Seems like the team that keeps from making the big mistake may walk away with this one...

That half sucked. We just give the ball away needlessly.

It's looked like good play on my phone (VZW 4G in Shreveport LA for work - hotel internet sucks.) But man, another Zusi sky shot... (also, "First Touch Teal" hasn't impressed, but again, my tiny screen...)

Did KSMO-62 come through or not??
