I know it is a really slow Monday afternoon but nothing a little FIFA 12 action can't cure. So I am in the process of creating a team and wanted to create one that was solely FCD players (Current and Former) that have at least had a sniff with the USMNT. For this sake I am running a 4-4-2 and have come up with these names so far. Would appreciate some help here as I am missing a few spots. And if you can come up with someone better that would be great. #Havingfunonboringsummermonday

    Cooper, X

    Shea, X, McCarty, X

    Pearce, Goodson, Ihumelu, Lloyd

Kreis had a few caps, if you wanted to move to a 4-3-3, or you could shove Cooper into the midfield, since that's where was usually playing anyway*.

Looks like you want active players, though. Hmm... George John was invited to camp, which seems the definition of a sniff. You could mess around with the back line and move Pearce into midfield. Hell, Drew Moor has some caps. Plug him and GJ in, switch to a 5-3-2, and call it a day. :D

    * - These grapes? No, they're not sour at all. Why do you ask?

    EDIT: Also Cory Gibbs.

Eric Alexander was called up at the end of 2010 and made his debut I believe against Chile.

Did Brad Davis get a call up when he was with Dallas or was that after he was traded?

If playing fifa12 I recommend career mode as coach. Each year I buy the new version of FIFA and start with one of the worst League Two teams (typically Torquay). I then proceed to buy FCD players when I can. Currently I've got my team up to the prem. It's taken 6 seasons. Castillo is one of my starting strikers and Loyd is my starting RB. I finally gave up on Shea because FCD would not sell him to me. I'm about to buy Michael Bradley to strengthen the middle. I had DH until he retired. If you're looking for a fast player then Philly's RB Sheanan Williams is good but doesn't tackle as good as Loyd. FIFA rewards the mid twenty somethings with the best physical attributes so don't load up on the older Americans.

Same, but Oxford United :) It took until I got to premier, but eventually they let me have Shea (this is usually double-digit millions).

In the last transfer window I offered $14 mill and they still turned me down and I consistently finish in the top half of the prem. I tried to buy Bale before that for $29m but they wanted $42m. FIFA12 is very difficult in mgr mode once you go above semi pro level

Yeah, I'd say 1/5 of the time it works for Shea. I stick to scouting usually, but that's not quite as fun.
