With apologies to Superdave, I don't think there can be much tactical analysis done on this match.

The starting XI and Klinsmann deserve credit by default, but I can't say much else due to the snowstorm as I couldn't see much else.

Fun fact (spoiler): the US can drop every road match in the Hex if everybody else keeps drawing.

I may live a long time. And I will likely never see another game like that in my life.

If you want to listen to great interviews, cross examine your mother. You want goals? Leadership? You look to east texas.

    Nature loves the USMNT.

This game is unique in two ways:

    1. The Jeremiah Johnson conditions

    2. Not even BS can take much away from it.

The second half wasnt a soccer game, it was a farce. We won the farce though, which is good, because farce's count just as much in the standings as actual games of soccer. Which isnt what we played today. Working on a name for it. Right now Im going with Abominable Snowball, but its a work in progress.

Not much analysis can be done. 3pts in an ugly game.

Goodson-Gonzalez are going to get destroyed at Azteca IMO. Don't pencil in Beasley for a long term LB option. Remember the injuries and the conditions tonight.

Great job by everyone including Klinsmann. We looked shaky at times but our guys put in an honest shift. BIG 3 POINTS!

    I love this game.

Wow. Lots of guts from the USA there. Serious respect for the CR squad agreeing to keep playing.

Oh yeah, and we are now in second place and one of only two teams to win a match (out of 6 played).
