yep, he played attacking mid or striker, right Jec1?

hes been scoring goals, including a nice goal against Sporting in the Portuguese cup.

hes one of the top performers in the Liga de Honra.

He's been talked about a bit, but let's realize that the Honra div. just doesn't get much attention. :)

Benfica just bought him for $1 million dollars. He will spend next year on the bench for Fernando Santos as all Portuguese players who show some promise

Antunnes and Andre Marques are Portugal"s best bets at left back. Antunes plays full time for Pacos De Ferriera and Marques who is owned by Sporting plays for Ol Moscavide. Marques was called by Scolori as extras a few times

As far a Goalies are concerned Portugal has 3 or 4 nice options

    1) Daniel Fernendes from East Vancouver and now plays in Greece.

    2) Rui Patricio who has played one game for Sporting already is one of the best prospects we have ever had in goal.

    3) Hugo Ventura from Porto is really good as well.

    4) Ricardo Neves - Sub 18 from Boavista is really good.

    Center backs

Daniel Carrico leads the way from Sporting Bura as well from Porto. We like Paulo Renato form Sporting. Yago Fernendez is also ecellent and so tall. Joao Pedro is a monster in the back . Nuno Reis who is 16 years old just so good and relax back there,

    Right Backs

Mano, Valter Fernendes, and Andre Santos, are our best bets a little week here.

evandro brandao, who is only 15, is making good progress at united. he's been coming off the bench in matches for the under-18s, including setting up a goal after coming on at half time against liverpool a couple of weeks ago.

He was a prospect when he played for Sporting, I think you can safely call him a very good player with loads of potential.

Using your argument, Ronaldo is still a prospect playing for Man U.

Vazzie Just needs develop his confidence. You can't blame roy -- it's the players will to succeed.

I believe loaning him out to Hull was a big mistake, he still sitting on the bench. How is a player suppose to develop when he's sitting on the bench?

Some players are early bloomers, some are late bloomers -- be Patient.
